Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the specification stated on the quotation itself. Material prices and freight rates outside our control may require a revised quotation.
Samples
Sample fees are charged per style and credited against bulk orders meeting the stated minimum quantity. Sample lead times are working estimates, not contractual dates.
Production
Bulk lead times run from sample approval and deposit receipt. Inspection follows the AQL level agreed in the order confirmation.
Intellectual property
Buyer artwork, moulds and tooling remain the property of the buyer and are not used for other clients without written permission.
